I turned to Relion to help me resolve a problem with my email storage folders. Toby Adea was assigned my ticket. He listened to my explanation of the issue, developed an approach to fix it and then proceeded to successfully implement his approach. There were challenges along the way but he hung in there with conviction and reassurance that a fix was well within reach. I would highly recommend him for anyone with computer issues.

I cannot say enough good things about Relion. As a small business owner, I ran into an email issue that had me completely stuck — other IT providers took one look at my situation and turned their noses up. Not Relion.

From the very first conversation, they got me. I'll be the first to admit I'm a stubborn, set-in-my-ways kind of guy who has zero interest in changing how I do things. Instead of lecturing me or insisting I overhaul my entire setup, they rolled up their sleeves, assessed the situation on my terms, and found a creative workaround that solved the problem completely. That kind of client-first thinking is extraordinarily rare.

They didn't dismiss my problem because it was unconventional or because I wasn't a Fortune 500 company. They showed up, listened, adapted, and delivered — and they did it with patience and professionalism that I didn't even know I deserved.

If you're a business who feels like the big IT firms don't provide the level of service commensurate with what you're paying them, go to Relion. I'm deeply grateful for their help, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone.

Hi all, This IT support company knows what they are doing.

I was in IT support for many years, and I can tell you these guys know their stuff.

They are friendly and never make you feel bad for your level of knowledge.

Manny was able to get me set up and going.
We had lots of challenges as my PC was not set up right by others. He found the right resources to get me all fixed in 1 Call.

I will call back and ask for Manny again.
